Licensed Professional Counselor
In my office, I want you to feel safe and valued. My hope is that you feel truly seen and celebrated for every part of your identity. I am passionate about working with clients who have experienced trauma and hope to help break cycles of generational abuse and adverse childhood experiences. I work with individuals navigating trauma symptoms, shame, low self-worth, anxiety, depression, OCD, grief, and life transitions. Together, we’ll explore your emotions and experiences in a space where you feel encouraged, validated, challenged, and truly heard.
I enjoy working with clients from adolescence through adulthood, creating a non-judgmental, empathetic, and comfortable space where you can feel heard and understood. My experience includes supporting individuals through anxiety, depression, obsessions and compulsions, grief, and trauma—including physical, sexual, and emotional abuse.
I believe therapy is a powerful tool to process past trauma, navigate uncertainty, change negative beliefs, and deepen emotional understanding. I often use EMDR to support healing and help clients find lasting relief. My goal is to foster hope, reduce shame, and walk with you through every step of your healing journey.
